Can I make a bespoke hampers?

Yes of course, call or email us and one of our team will get back to you to discuss your requirements.

Can I send a hamper abroad?

At the moment we are only posting within the UK but as soon as that changes we will let you know.

Can I send a gift message with my order?

Yes. You can find the space to write your personal message under the heading ADD A MESSAGE.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and post your order within 24 hours of customer payment. Orders must be received by 12.00pm Monday to Friday in order to guarantee receiving item/s within a maximum of 48 working hours. 

Orders received after 12.00pm on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

Who is your courier?

We use Parcelforce express 24hr tracked delivery.

How much is postage?
For all items over the value of £25.00 it’s free delivery within the UK.
For all items under the value of £25.00 the postage cost is £3.95. Posted with Royal Mail Signature 48hrs service.
Same day delivery for hamper orders to Liverpool, Manchester, Preston areas may be possible. 
I've changed my mind on my order, can I get a refund?

Yes of course. The items need to be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of the order (at the cost of the customer) with Parcelforce Express delivery service.

Please make sure if you’re making a return, to include all packing materials originally sent with your parcel. If there is any damage to the item/items (that we have not been notified of with clear photographs) or they have been used, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long does a return take to process?

We will aim to process any returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to two weeks.

If you are worried that an item you received has been damaged in transit please email us at with a short description and clear photographs of the issue so we may assist you better.
Final Sale Hampers

All sale items are final sale, therefore are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credit.
